Rudy in service is a piece of work. Rude, poor customer service and I will specifically request to NEVER deal with him in the future. In addition, he specifically told me a diagnostic had to be done on my battery which was under warranty. I was advised it would take 45mins-1hr. Mind you, I arrived at 7:10am. I left at 9:30am. They ONLY charged my battery!!!!’

Dropped the car off at 8am and wasn’t completed until after 4:30. We were only having one headlamp replaced. It was no fault of the service advisor that helped me but it was a lot no time to for one headlamp. When we picked up the vehicle the paperwork could not be found. Girl at the front desk made us wait another 20 minutes so she could ask the advisor but he was taking Phone calls and she kept having us wait. It wasn’t until we spoke to the manager that he was able to locate the paperwork that was sitting right there the whole time.

Byron was great and very helpful! My only complaint had nothing to do with Byron. I was told originally that both of my seat covers were ordered and then I called that morning and confirmed my appt for both seat covers to be taken care of. When I brought it in, only one was there so now I have to come back and leave my car again a second day. This was frustrating bc I had arranged for someone to pick me up and I have a baby I have to plan around and now I have to schedule everything again.
