Appt made for 7:30, told would take 2 hours. Brought car in, told wouldn't have part until 1. Gave alternate phone number to call as number on file went to me not my husband. I received phone text at 10:50 stating car done. ( I did not have my phone on for work reasons so did 't see message until 5pm). Michael called at 3 and was 3rd yes car done. NO ONE CALLED HIM! He took time off from work to take care of this and ended up losing an ENTIRE DAY of work. So we are VERY displeased with the service.
