I called & asked what I needed to have a key made before I came. I said I had l
lost my key. When I got there I was told I also needed my car in order to program the key. It would have saved me $45.00 in cab fare if they had told me first. I had to return home, call AAA & return with the driver. It would be nice if your people would add that info when someone calls. I clearly stated I had no key.

Dropped it off in the middle of the night they handle the problem I guess it wasn’t a big deal My car ran out of fuel and they had to reset the computer didn’t charge me a thing .
