I would definitely will come back again also your prices are low compared to Norm Reeves in Irvine.

I arrived to your service department and there was not one person to help us I went inside and still you have like three persons there but none of them was willing to help after a couple of minutes when I asked a guy that works returning the cars and cleaning the area and maybe brings the waterto customers I forgot to get his name but he is a very young guy wears glasses and he was of souch help he showed me where to pay got me some water and he is bilingual you have. A great person there very responsible and that's the reason I feel I got a ok service

Love, love, love this dealership's service dept. I live near freeway Honda off Edinger, but actually drive to Hardin Honda in Anaheim because they are professional, efficient, and thorough!! The express oil change was completed in record time and Darin always goes above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly and timely. In the past, I dreaded getting service at a dealership because they always took longer than promised or tried to sell you on unnecessary service, but this is not the case at Hardin! They really are the example of what all dealerships should follow and they set the bar high for what customer service excellence should look like. I've owned an Audi, Toyota, Dodge, and now a Honda, and this has been the best experience by far!!!... from purchase date until now. It's great to feel that you can trust a company to stand behind their product and also continue quality maintenance service on the years that follow. Thank you, Darin! You and your staff have a great thing going there. As a school administrator, I can appreciate the positive and consistent team effort your service dept. demonstrates. This doesn't happen by chance.
