They took so long for providing the services needed. Rudy was suppose to return a call to confirm if I was going to proceed with one of the serivices and never returned the call within the 10 minutes that he indicated. I decided to call him and he wasn’t there. He also forgot to include the car wash that I had requested. He forogot to include the services provided in my history service manual booklet. Lastly, I was informed that the shuttle was going to pick me up from my house in 30 minutes and was passed th hour and didn’t know anything about the shuttle. I decided to call and went walking instead to pick up my vehicle. I understand sometimes locations get busy but it’s better to give an estimate time...
