I was promised that my car would be ready by 1pm and i was expecting Byron to call me 1-2 hours prior to give me an update as to what else needed t be worked on my vehicle. He failed the do so. I called to folloe up and i was told Byron will call me. I waited 20 more minutes and did not get a call. I had to call again tomorrow get a status update. My brakes needed replacement pads, aliwheel alignment but because it was not until 1pm that i found out, i couldn’t get it done. I am so disappointed with the service since i usually get top noth service frim other Honda shops.
