I recommend asking for Rodolpho Ayala Jr. when bringing your vehicle in for service at Hardin Honda. Rudy always has a smile and is very respectful. Rudy explains all the work being done on your vehicle and is helpful when choices have to be made according to your budget. And if a problem occurs during your service, Rudy will try his best to have it addressed to your satisfaction.

My second concern regarding high frequencies sound coming from the AC vent on the front passenger side was not evaluated right. He agreed with me that he heard something when i first brought it in. But I was informed that the tester did not hear such sound.
If i sat in hhe car for a short time, the sound would not be a problem. But when i drive continously it gives me a headache.
He knew that i drove the car to the dealer mainly for this problem. Infact, I took the car to the dealer last Saturday. He told me that the dealer did not do dianogsis on Saturday. So i made the appointement for Tuesday. Now i am told there was nothing to be fixed. My wife drives this car to work. She worked half a day late for nothing.
Other than that, he talked nice. The car was washed on the outside. And the courtesy ride was excellent.
