I called around 9am to make an appointment so I would not have to wait and the guy I spoke with said there was no need to just go on in. I get there a little before 11 just to get an oil change and they had me waiting an hour and a half. There were two people that came after me and their cars were done before mine. They should schedule appointments for better customer service.
