When I came back to get my car, I was told the oil change was done and that they had it in the back and were washing it. I paid for the oil change service and was given my keys and told the car was ready. I went out to the car and saw that it had not been washed. I flagged down a service rep who then offered to get it washed, but I didn’t want to wait any longer. He offered a wash coupon for the next visit but then proceeded to stop to talk to another customer before going to get the coupon. At that point, I lost my patience and left. Moral of story - don’t tell a customer that you are doing something for them, when clearly you are not. That is what annoyed me the most - didn’t have time to wash the car is ok - but saying it was being washed when that is total BS is not ok.
