I was 95% satisfied with Rodolpho's help. He explained the work needed on my vehicle. He informed me of the mechanics recommendations. I was told of my costs for all work. Only 1 item was not completed...I had mentioned that my left front headlight was not working. That item fell thru the cracks somehow and the mechanic also missed the same issue during the 7 plus hours my vehicle was being serviced while I waited in the customer lounge. I would like to return my car and have the left front headlight replaced at dealers expense as a customer courtesy...then I would be able to comment on the manufacturers survey of 100% satisfaction.
