I am unsatisfied with the individual that booked my appointment (Paul). I explained my concern and he failed to get adequately provide information for me in order to avoid coming in for an inspection. I specifically asked him if there were any recalls or service bulletins available for my vehicles transmission but he did not try to troubleshoot my situation ahead of time so that I would not have to come in. As i had suspected, it turns out there is no such reflash of my vehicles transmission PCU. So whether there was an issue or not, no fix would have been done to the vehicles jerky and unpredictable shifting bc no such reprogramming is available for my vehicle. Basically, my visit was a waste of time and my cat still drives unpredictably. I am still disappointed in the 9-speed 2WD transmission.
