When I pulled into the service dept Andrew iimmediately respinded to my concerns and gave me an estimated completion time. He then explained where I could wait for my vehicle. Within the time frame I was given the mechanic that worked on my vehicle addressed all of my concerns and explained each one in detail (he was wonderful but I do not temember his name). Afterwards Andrew pulled my bill for payment and upon completion handed me my keys. I came to this service dept because it had the highest reviews and now I see why. Car came back with seat in a position that prevented me from even entering the vehicle, (I’m 6’6”) air vents were all askew (why?) headlights were in off position instead of auto (good thing I noticed). Service overall was fine. Returning the vehicle to me seemed careless. Nothing serious but mildly annoying.
