The brake pads weren't changed even though I gave the approval when asked by the advisor. Plus, the inspection checklist has it written that they weren't even inspected. Odd. At the end, I didn't get a transaction receipt after I used my credit card. It seems strange and a little shady. The little things matter and this was one of them.
