We are satisfied with the customer service. This was the second time we took the car in for the same issue. First time they resurfaced the front rotors. This last time they changed the rotors and break pads. I showed the service clerk a video of my screeching breaks which I believe were the back breaks..but the tech diagnosed the front breaks as the problem. I hope that now the problem will be solved
