He did not tell me that defective mirror on the passenger side supposedly came in two parts. I have misse two days of work because they needed my car early . The first time they didn’t have the Mirror part then he told me to bring it back and they will install it . I took my car in on Friday Oct 12 to get the mirror installed because I got an email that it was in . I missed work to get it installed and when I got it back only part of the mirror was installed the outer part was missing and exposed to the outside elements of the weather! I got upset and he told me the other part which is the cover will be coming later next week! It rained that same night. I think Hardin Honda should had covered the exposed part of the mirror because I was not able to use my car because of the rain I did not want the wiring to get wet! I don’t understand why Mr. Alfred did not tell me the mirror had two parts? Should I had known this. I would have waited till both parts were in to get it fixed! Another thing I had to ask Mr. Alfred he did not come out to tell me when I recieved my car!!!
