A couple items on the multipoint inspection sheet were not checked (brakes and air filters are two ex) and not sure why. On a previous service visit these items were checked. Then as I talked further with the service rep at the shop it turns out none of the maintenance minder items were checked either. Frustrated that I brought my vehicle for routine maintence but all that was done was an oil change and light bulbs replaced , one of which I had to point out even though the multi point inspection sheet said all indicator lights were checked.
