I don't understand why my initial estimate was over $1,100 and when I finally got the completed bill, the invoice showed only $196. The reason I'm concerned is that I feel the original estimate was bogus and that if I hadn't had Century insurance I would have ended up paying this amount without knowing any better instead of the actual $196. Something smells with this transaction and I'm not happy with the explanation I received.

I felt there was a lot of miscommunication. When I dropped the car off for an oil change and to check the 2nd row seat, I was told it would be a long wait and a shuttle would take me home and bring me back. I waited in the lounge and no one showed up with a shuttle. I waited from 10:45 til 1:30 when the car was finished. I texted the service center at 1pm and only got an automated response half hour later that the car would be ready soon. I paid and got the paperwork which said the seat was fixed with a clip. When I looked at the seat is was the same as I dropped it off. They got the service man again and he told me they were ordering a part to fix it next week. If I had not checked I would not have known and would have assumed it eas fixed. Also the car wash was not working.
