If it is supposed to be Express service then why was I waiting for over 2 hours when there were only 2 cars in front of me for an oil change? I opted out of the car wash in order to save myself some time from waiting but that didn't seem to make any sort of difference. I can safely say that I will NEVER return to Hardin Honda to have my car serviced.
