Realized my tire had become damaged by rain pot hole
Called as I was concerned it being Presidents’ Day holiday Monday .
Was relieved but also at 3 pm short on time.
Arrived at 3:45 they had my tire and took my car fixed wheel added tire multi point check Kari was awesome totally pro excellent customer service and I was on my way ..by 5:30pm .

Made it to my 83 yr old moms house by 645 to take her to dinner

Hardin honda dealership seems to be going down in terms of service and customer satisfaction. The service advisor seemed irresponsible, told me that he will call me back to give me an update on tires. But infact never even called to tell me that my vehicle was ready or not. I had to call before closing. I specifically requested that my vehicle be washed but it was not washed when I received my vehicle after wash.

The side of my vehicle has a scratch and the tire they changed was very dirty. the dashboard is also extremely scratched! My car wasn’t taken care of at all and next time I go I need to be there when they are changing or fixing anything in my vehicle. Completely unsatisfied.

Kari saved the day. She knew my situation and went above and beyond to help me in my distress when first bringing in my vehicle. Although the experience with Honda ended badly, she is the ONLY good part of it. If anyone should ever be chosen to train people in amazing customer service, it should be Kari. She went above and beyond and honestly she provided the best customer service I have received out of 4 different Honda dealerships.
