My overall experience with Bryon was frustrating it came down to a point where either you guys are lying or AAA is lying and I was trying not to make any assumptions and was trying to get clarity and he became short. After I asked him to replace the battery and do further testing I repeated it three times then hung up in frustration. Bryon canceled the order 40 minutes later and I had to call back the delay cost me a car for a day, the problem with my car isn’t fixed, and not once had Bryon let me know what’s going on I will more than likely avoid purchasing a Honda or just avoid coming back to you guys it was a very unpleasant experience
