After bringing in the car for the “express” service, I waited around an hour and a half before getting up to just check on the status of my vehicle, only to see it still sitting in the waiting lane. I asked the advisor for an explanation and let it be known with slight frustration that if the car is still not going to get worked on in the next 15 min or so, that I will just take it and reschedule for another time. The service rep checks the status and assures me my car would be worked on right away, only to get the back in 15 min stating that the service has been completed.
I was very dissatisfied with the lack of urgency in the “express” service when it wasn’t even during peak hours, and that the “15 minute service” took almost an entire two hours with the extra display of frustration to get it complete.

Alfredo was amazing from beginning to end. I called ahead of time to make sure they’re able to service me at 5:30pm and they told me yes as long as I get there in 15-20 minutes. I was so grateful as I got rejected by the dealership I usually go to. Even though I got there near the end of his work day, Alfredo greeted me with a big smile and welcome and was able to change out my battery even before the estimated time. Great attitude and service!

My only criticism is that the technician couldn’t identify the correct CV axle. I had to pay for both of them being replaced. Both CV axles don’t go out at the same time. Your customer service representative did a good job but should have made me aware that he was not working the day I had it repaired. I had to deal with someone who really was not familiar with the issue.
