Alfredo did a good job, but the technician did not, as my car had oil dripping down below the engine last night. I took the car back today, and they concluded that the leaks were coming from top of engine due to a bad valve head cover gasket, which was replaced yesterday as part of the 100,000 miles major service. They eventually fixed the problem with a new gasket. I am very disappointed with the quality of work.

Super awesome!! Really hated going to get my Accord serviced but Darin made my experience very pleasant. As soon as I parked, he approached my car window and taken down my information. Shortly after, we were in the office doing paperwork. Next thing I knew, I was in the waiting room eating fresh popcorn while watching Family Feud and playing games on my Nintendo Switch!!! The comfy chairs and free wifi almost made me forget about the rest of my responsibilities for the day, but Darin had brought me back to the office to pay and be on my way. Overall, excellent experience and im very glad I made my first car purchase here. Thank you Hardin Family!!
