Nothing wrong with Alfredo’s service specifically, but the whole situation as a whole. The vehicle I purchased had chipped paint... why are there even brand new vehicles on your lot that are damaged? So I had to drive back to the dealership at a later day to get the replacement part installed. Then when I come back to get it installed, I find out the something else needs to be replaced and I need to come back again when that piece is ready. So I went in today for no reason. It just doesn’t seem like a lot of thought was put in on what it would take to get this resolved.
