The service person told me I needed a new battery, it was even checked off in the paperwork. Then said to refer to ED-18 printout which was not attached. I took to a 3rd-party mechanic (who had NOT sold me the battery)from leaving dealership. They tested my battery and said it was good. Which supports the fact that it’s only 3 yrs old on a 6 yr warranty.
