Earlier this year, I brought in my car to change the tires, but to also check my brakes because they felt not as responsive. When my car was ready to be picked up, I was told the brakes were fine. When I brought in my car most recently for its 60K maintenance, I was told that there was a leak in my brake system, the master cylinder needed to be changed, as well as the modulator and brake booster. I am confused how all of this was not noticed if my brakes were inspected previously. No work has been done on my brakes since I bought the car last year.
On top of that, I anticipated when bringing my car in for a routine 60K mileage maintenance, the service would take about a day, not a full week. I understand things pop up like this, but I was misquoted the time for service at least 3 times.
