I felt the advisor was not very welcoming or knowledgeable. I told her about my tire having low pressure and that it may be punctured and that I had the tire protection plan and she said that it may be better to take it to where I bought the car, honda world. Even the the honda world advisor a few weeks before had told me any honda dealership would honor my tire protection plan
