I got my car the next day. Thank you for honoring my warranty and getting my air conditioner replaced. I do hope it last as long as the car runs for it’s life time. The only thing was I did not have a ride to pick up my car but I was blessed. One of my family member was available and she took me.

I was told that my repair would take 2 hours when I arrived I was told it would be 3-5. I dropped my car off at 10:15 and left your dealership at 4:30. When I scheduled the appointment I had to prompt the scheduler to check to confirm the part was in stock. When I arrived for the appointment, the service tech stated “ let me see if we have the part”. Obviously there must be issues with appointments without the parts in stock. Then to top it off, I have to be in the waiting room and hear the vending machine repair man discussing how there was a rat in the vending machine and around the coffee machine. Mind you this is the coffee and snacks that you’re offering to those people in that waiting room. I’m not sure within your faculty that is in charge of the customer experience; you probably should go a different direction.
