Darin was extremely helpful, professional, and most of all reliable. He said my car will be ready in 1 hour and it was ready as he said. Compared to the main service of Hardin Honda who was not helpful at all. I had an appointment at 1:30PM. I brought my car in early hoping that I could get my service done. The person who checked me in said “we can not take you because your appointment is not until 1:30pm.” He claims that they were busy even though there were no cars when I pulled up at the service department. Very unprofessional and not helpful.
