In our last two weekends dealing with Naeil there has been a lot Of sarcastic, condescending words towards us and we do not Plan to ever have our car serviced at Hardin Honda again. I was very very disappointed in our service and we still have a transmission or gear shifting issue on a 2018 Honda see that you guys cannot seem to replicate or fix which makes me very frustrated as well.

The person we bought the SUV from was Taryn. She works in the Internet Sales Dept. I took over the check on Friday, Sept. 6th and gave it to Alex in Finance. The receptionist might have been Jennifer James. Overall I had a great buying experience from everyone at the dealership. Best buying experience we have ever had. No pressure sales and we got a great deal! I love my Honda Pilot!
