Would have liked to been able to use my one coupon . Brought my vehicle in for service on Friday 9/6. Asked if there were any coupons for front and alignment and told the best deal was for $119. Went home and realized I had a coupon for $89. Brought my vehicle back because they had marked up my battery needed replacing. Replaced the battery with my coupon but was not able to get a credit for the $30 with my alignment coupon. I’ve been bringing both my vehicles to Hardin that I purchased there for service for the past 13 years. Don’t really want to quibble over $30 aside I should’ve at least received a credit for that. Always have received outstanding service and great workmanship from your dealership.

Service was great but it took way too long. Was told it would be done by 1:00 and we didn’t leave until after 2:00. I noticed my car just sitting there, by itself, and started asking about around. They just hadn’t bothered to call us. Our guy had left for lunch and whoever was to follow up with it didn’t. Was a little disappointed.

My car was serviced at Hardin yesterday. Byron was my service contact. Although my car was done being serviced for recall work yesterday, as I could not pick it up, I told Byron if I could pick it up today. He told me that he would leave the key at the front at sales. My wife took me at Hardin just now to find out they do not have the key. I need my car for tomorrow for work but no car. What can you do to solve this inconvenience? My wife cannot take me tomorrow morning as we have three boys to take them to school. This is very frustrating and possible loss of pay at work... Again, please let me know how I can get my car today.

I was called and told my car would be ready at 4:30. I got there and my car wasn’t finished at all. It was still up and being worked on at 5:00. If you want to charge the prices you charge for repairs, it would be nice to not wait for 40 minutes and not offered an explanation. Don’t call if it is not done!!!!

It is a shame Hardin Honda doesn't wash their loyal customer cars when we take it for a service. I came from Rancho Santa Margarita instead of taking my car to the Honda dealer which is 5 minutes away from my house. Also, the WiFi for customers isn't available.
