I was there for a simple job. Brake light was out. They discovered what could of been a dangerous situation for me. I didn’t spend all day it was fixed and finished in an hour!

The customer service was great in the beginning. They fast and responsive to my question and cost reasonable. However, I left my car the from 8:30 am until about 6:00pm. I did not pick up my car, my husband did. They didn’t take the time wash my vehicle after they completed service. I called back and they explained the two sides, of service. Apparently, didn’t read that only one side of the same business washes the vehicle after service. They offered to wash it today, but after thinking it over, I decided to spend my time differently. 1st time Custer , for service at this dealership. I just bought 2 cars from Hardin this year.
