Our service writer Alfredo Mejia went above and beyond to try and give solutions to our issues, he is a very valuable asset to hardin honda, however, it was very disappointing that we were told the hard shifting our minivan is experiencing is ‘normal’ for a 9 speed transmission... it seams that its a poorly designed transmission if its ‘normal’ for transitions between gears to be expected to feel like a rubber band pull. As long time honda vehicle owners, this is our first negative experience. Hardin Honda is great but unfortunately the 2019 odyssey is NOT.
