After getting the call from my service advisor that my vehicle was ready for pick up I informed him I was going to pick it up after hours since I was off work late after. He stated he was going to leave all my paperwork ready and keys just to pay my deductible of 100$. I took a Lyft from Costa Mesa all the way to the dealership thinking it was going to be a smooth process. I was wrong. They couldn’t find my keys to the car and the invoice was not closed yet so they couldn’t release my vehicle to me. I ended up paying for another Lyft due to the service advisor error. I ended up paying around 50$ for the rides plus my deductible. I feel this was the service department fault and I wish to get reimbursement for the Lyft.
