My car smelled very strong of cigarette smoke when the service was completed. I am very allergic. It was very upsetting. It is also upsetting to have an appointment and wait 31/2 hours for the service.

We arrived to our 1030 appointment at 1010. Spoke with at least three check in staff and was told we would needed to wait for our assigned person at 1030.
One desk check staff, a lady, did not have a client the entire time we waited. She is the one who specifically said we had to wait for Will the person we were assigned to. Really!
Did speak with manager.
Had great service with Will. Will come back only when he is there!!!

William was not friendly like every other service person I have experienced. This made the interaction feel impersonal which is not my usual experience at Gosch Toyota. The time frame for my vehicle to be ready was 2 hours. It actually took 2 hours and 35 minutes. There was no update on the time frame nor explanation for the delay. Again, this was not my usual experience.
