I asked for the Toyota Team to look at the underplate that protects the engine since it broke and was dragging. I was told they did what they could to re-secure it, but when I looked under the vehicle, the same piece was still dragging.
Also, this is the third time I request a car wash and it was not done. I know it’s an extra service, but I suggest you take the sign down that you will do it upon request because it doesn’t get done then the customer ends up disappointed.
Jason, my assistant, was kind and polite, so i appreciate that.
