I was very pleased with the length of time it took to do my repair. I was told it would take close to three hours and they were done in two hours.

Will did fine…. But I was very disappointed with the wait I had. Made an appointment for 230. Was told 1 to 2 hours. At 2.5 hours I saw my vehicle finally going to be serviced. It was a 5000 mile service. So not even a real service. Not sure if I’ll be back.

Kevin did a great job with service however when I called to make my appointment to bring my car in for maintenance I was greeted by an automated feature named harmony who booked my appointment for 2 pm and it just seemed really busy and kevin even apologized for my almost 2 1/2 hr wait. I feel like it was over booked as far as appointments go being that I didnt have human interaction.
