I had an appointment at one o’clock and did not get out until 4:30 for a simple maintenance done. Also I had a low noice at the back of my car door and want to see if it need oil they said it would cost me $150 just to look at it. That was highway robbery in my opinion I’m taking it to someone else who will check it for 0 cost. That was.poor customer service .

The service took too long to finish. On top of that supposedly they did a tire rotation and that never happened the tires never were rotated. Got offered a free car wash which wasn’t done neither and to top it off I got handed the wrong car keys to a car wasn’t even mine. So basically waited 4 hours for just an oil change.

I had a planned trip going up north and I needed tires. I spoke to Jonathan the sales person and purchased tires on the 22nd and I only pulled the trigger on the tires because he said they’ll be there next day. I came on the 24th to get them installed and even asked Miguel if they tires were there and he said yes. I waited 20 mins just to find out the tires only going to be in on Monday. So now I have to cancel seeing my family in Sacramento and I can’t drive the car due to my tires being on wire. I didn’t appreciate the run around and the miscommunication. They called of called me and told me ahead of time before me showing up @7am for service. And I didn’t appreciate the run around and making it seem like it was okay to be in my position. Toyota has failed me this time.
