Jason needs to be retrained for customer service, seems like he is in a bad mood and looks like he does not want to be fulfilling his job. Makes you feel very unwelcome and works very slow knowing he has a line of customers waiting. Please get more service advisors so waiting won’t be so long. Also bring back shuttle service very inconvenient when you need a ride and your car is in there for 5 hours. Waiting area needs to be cleaned lots of crumbs on floor. Chairs need to be cleaned as well look very dirty. Please work on everyone’s friendliness and customer service.

No one in your service department ever returns calls. I worked with Miguel last time then I found out there are two Miguel's that's why neither one of them tried to return my call. Danielle never return my call either!!. I wanted to sign my car up for more servicing

Well the gentleman who helped me was fantastic. When my vehicle was returned to me I was driving home and decided to check the air pressure in my tires. They all had different numbers. The back tires were 38 psi and the front left was 39 psi and the front right was 42psi. I was very concerned as I had to drive up to Idyllwild where I live and wasn’t in a position to fix the problem once I noticed it. Other than that shy of looking under the hood but I will in the morning to make sure everything was capped it should be fine. If not I’ll will contact the service Manager.
