Kristin was GREAT! I can't stress that enough. Parts/Service were lacking on communication in what was going on. Losing my keys, underselling on approximate wait times. I could be at fault for "rushing" but over 5hours for a minor service and diagnostic is a bit much when the problem was identified before my tech went on lunch and already asked for parts before the fact. Can't say i'll be bringing my vehicle back for service at this shop.
