When the service person came to explain to me of the other things that may need to be done on my car I advise them that I wanted to have the visor replaced and at the end of my service divisor was not replaced but at that point I did not have any more time to sit and wait for them to do it. Other than that I'm completely happy with Gosch Toyota in Hemet California

I am trusting your work to be the best possible. I have always had great to acceptable service at Gosch Toyota. I dropped my car wednesday morning for regular service and he called me to say he needed it overnight for a recall. So I call 2X thurs morn but his machine picks up. Im needing the car so I order a Taxi. That PM the machine again so I ask for someone else in service and Tamara said shed take care of it. I was called shortly that its ready. I come in and they cant find my car or the paperwork. Stephanie took control of the situation and found my car and paperwork but the quote for the bodywork wasnt there so she got it from the body shop.
Im sure this was the exception to the usual service and there no doubt are good reasons for the appearance of chaos and disorganization today.

The tech's were super friendly, knowledgeable and articulate. They even took the extre time to show me the old air filter and cabin filter after I had already given the approval to replace them. The tech who rang me up was very good at his job and took the time to educate me about some maintenance about my vechicle. He also told me about some services that I didn't even know were available. All without give me the feeling I was receiving a sales pitch. A all the way around.

My experience with him was great although I wasn't happy tha i received an email advertising extending Toyota Care for 299 and was told that it was raised today to 329. I called before my anniversary date which is in Feb. Who do I complain yo yo get the difference refunded.
