My only complain is, this is my third new car and at the other dealerships after I took it in to get it serviced they always washed and vacumed the car just part of the service, dissapounted Gosh Toyota doesn't go the extra mile.

Made a appt for first service. Showed up 15 min early. Service order was written up for 5k svc and a few things that needed being looked at (one is safety related- headrest that was broken when the truck was delivered). After 30 min - svc advisor comes and tells me his service mgr said they are too busy and the CANT EVEN LOOK at the other things - the best they can do is the 5k service. Tells me i will have to come back. Tells me " i have him detailing your wheels" - like that makes up for it - or i care - I waited another 1/2 hr. Truck is finally pulled up - i am given my key - i go out, and i am blocked in between 2 other cars. Looking around for the service greater or anyone - Heavyset short dark hair guy asks if i need something, tell him i am blocked in and would like to leave - almost 10 minutes of 4 people looking in windows of white Camry in front of me - then they all left and where on the side talking - finally car behind me left and i was able to back out - Service advisor was also bragging to other coworkers in front of customers on how he sold 2 full service packages and how he wishes he got extra for that - WONT EVER BE BACK - what would it have taken for the service mgr himself to say something, especially after the advisor knew i was mad - And the advisor's comments about selling - sure sounds like hard sell to customers and he is gloating on it -
