Poor communication, called several times to see if truck was ready, no call back till I sent message on board. No real maintenance done still took 6 hours. I was asked if I wanted my truck washed and said yes but truck got no wash.

I brought the car in because it wasn’t driving. I got a diagnostic done and I paid $99 for it. I wasn’t told “this is what is keeping your car from running”…I got a general overview or diagnostic of the entire car… for example, ok, I understand my brake pads are a little worn out and may need replacing soon…but that’s not the issue I brought the car in for- and in the end…I still don’t know which of all those preventative maintenance on the list is the one that is actually causing my car not to run…

Skyler was great . He is very friendly and accommodating. I just wish the wait wasn’t so long and response time due to what seams like overbooking
and maybe overbooking. I do appreciate them getting me in next day for a potential system issue and the gal that answers the phone is super helpful and pleasant.
