Called in a week before appointment and they said they had to order my tire due to the size it wasn't in stock at your service center. So when I get to my appointment the following week sat for 3hrs only to be told they sold the tire to someone else or it wasn't ordered. Due to this you guys covered the rental basic but I had to buy the insurance and gas and costed me an extra trip which is 30 minutes each way. I understand mistakes happen but there was no reason for me to sit for 3hrs and be told that. I should have been called before the appointment or told right when I got there other than that it's been a positive experience
