Ned is the BEST service advisor I have had at Gosch Toyota in the 12 years that I have had my four Toyotas serviced there. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and their maintenance requirements. He can explain the need for a repair in clear terms and he is professional in his discussion with customers. You should do everything you can and should as an employer to retain him.
