This has been one of the worst experiences ever. I think 4hrs for an oil change and tire rotation with a scheduled appointment is ridiculous. I arrived 15mins before my scheduled appointment and did not get checked in until about 10mins after my scheduled appt. Which is fine, I understand it can get busy. Got checked in and was told there was a wait of 2hrs. I was fine with that as I always wait around the same time. Close to the 2hr mark i received a text that it was going to be a little longer than expected. I was waiting and never received the video of the 5 point inspection or any paperwork showing what was checked. In the print out invoice it says we declined recommendation but was never recommended anything. I understand it gets busy but if I waited close to 4hrs I figured I would get the same experience as if I would’ve waited 2hrs. Maybe in the future don’t open up so many appointment slots or hire more employees to meet the timelines.

I brought my car in for an oil change a week ago.
Yesterday all of a sudden my air box and mass air sensor are ****. And I'm looking at a 1300 bill.
If u did a thorough inspection a week ago when I had my car in the shop how are u not onna tell me the air box is broken and the he sensor is in potential jeopardy.
Idk sorry but borderline shady and I feel like u wanted to gouge me. I'll finish out my service plan with you guys but I doubt I'd buy another car from you down the road.

My husband saw the car parked for about 20 waiting to be wash.when he told Anthony that he was getting frustrated the truck was just sitting there. Anthony didn't do anything about it. I will mever take my car there anymore!! We have purchased 5 cars from Gosch Toyota. We deserve better treatment.
