I hate to sound redundant, but Tony is the best in my opinion because he takes good care of me and my car and tells me anything that needs to be done and if it is urgent or can wait to which I appreciate very much and he is always on top of getting my car back to me as quickly as possible because I am sitting in the waiting room for it to be done, which is fine but he knows that I am waiting on it. He’s the best !!!

Had 945 service appointment and was told it would be 2 hours. Never got any updates on my Toyota app. I went to ask and they haven’t even started my car after 2 hours. It took over 3 1/2 hours without the car wash which would have been longer. They told me at 2 hour mark that it would be 45 more minutes and it was over an hour more. Miguel was not very pleasant nor helpful. His coworker checked me in He made lame excuses for it being so long like they didn’t have all there techs. No updates unless I sought them out. No shuttle services to home or anything like most dealers have. It was bad experience and haven’t had a good one this

I took my truck for 40000 miles of service, and the paperwork shows 45000 I found the error until later the day. So they did not change the oil as was supposed to be. The person who helped me was so dry he did not disclose what was completed on my visit

He did not want to give me the estimate paperwork. He said that I would be given it when the service was finished. I insisted that I be given it immediately. He didn’t send me the technian report until after he called me while we were traveling to pick up the car. I asked for a written copy. He put on our final form that we Declined the recommended work which we did not even know about!
I will not go back to him as a service advisor!
Bring back the shuttle service!
