Horrible service he couldn’t explain what was wrong with my car. When initial report was sent. It was not marked off my battery need to replace, but the end of the report that it did need to be replaced so I was confused when I went in person and I tried to explain to him, but I had warranty if I could swap it out, he wasn’t clear in regards to still being able to bring my car back. He kept mentioning that every time I would bring it back I would have to pay the $99 fee to get it inspected, but he wasn’t sure if the battery was the issue. He was very unprofessional. Didn’t really understand how to answer questions he kept saying I don’t know for everything Which I understand but try to find an answer when I did show up he was gonna hand me the wrong keys and I have to tell him those were not my keys so just little things about about it just didn’t make me feel safe about leaving my car in the future with this Toyota dealership .

Although service was satisfactory Performed and ten minutes earlier than promised, I was disappointed. I had asked for someone to clean inside windshield for me. My husband suffers from Dementia and I have severe arthritis, I didn’t think it was asking too much. The film on the interior of vehicle has been present since we purchased vehicle last September. I believe it was overlooked at initial detailing upon purchase. I did not however explain that to service department. I have a hard d time seeing at night or dusk.

You tried to upsale me on things that were already done on my car at Ross Toyota. You said you don’t share the data on the computer and couldn’t see I spent $2500 on repairs. Which is a falsehood. Also a true mechanic would see the work was done just by looking under the hood. Toyota of hemet is a bunch of thieves preying upon customers. You wanted me to spend $1100 on unnecessary work. All I needed was an oil change and even that was overpriced. $82 when other dealers charge less. Well you didn’t fool me!!!
