A car dealership is just that but the vibe here at Toyota-Hemet was fun and inviting. Definitely at team-fun-work environment it appeared that everyone got along… I have not been to an establishment in years where the employee seemed HAPPY! It was a pleasure. Y'all should shoot a commercial. Thank you for the experience.

My service advisor took care of my vehicle issues which were a recall on my TRD Pro and suspension concerns. He was informative and acknowledged my concerns and all issue’s were taken care of. Only thing out of my experience was the long 5hrs of wait time; when I had an 9:45am appointment which it wasn’t in his control, but something Toyota of Hemet service department should do better.

The tire that needs to be replaced. I can get it replaced for less than $100 instead of the $195 you wanted to replaced the one tire.
