We went over other items that were based on milage or time in Years and since my car is Nine years old with 40,000+ miles on it Two maintenance items will be done next year.

Today is the exception … I’ve been happy a number of years with Toyota service and with that said this was the very first time I was not afforded a veteran military discount or promotion due to under new management? Today that was not an option. Mr. Cahill excellent guy who have’s in every way made me feel appreciated by my veterans status.

I got a huge screw in my rear tire,so I called Toyots,Iwas told on the phone,I had tire coverage,as per my plan.When I got there,I was told it expired in February.I might have been able to renew had I got a notice that it was expiring.2+ hours and 265.00 for 1 tire.I wasn't happy.Had I known this before hand,I could have went to a closer tire shop, instead of driving all the way across town, and got a new tire for considerably less money.Lesson learned for sure!

What is the **** point of having an appointment if you’re still going to wait 2 HOURS for an OIL CHANGE! You have all these cars waiting for service but only 2 bays to work on them?! If you do have the facilities or man power to book all the appointments then don’t do it! I was warned about coming to you guys and now I see why. I plan on trading in my vehicle but I’ll be sure to do it elsewhere. No way in hell would I recommend you to any of my friends or family.

Ok...everything was good. Edward was very helpful and the car was well serviced. What wasn't ok was that I was in your lounge from 11:15 until 3:45. Ed said the service dept was swamped and really behind. That issue needs to be addressed. I appreciate the $50 discount.
