Only complaint was the car took 2.5 hours to service, otherwise, everything else was perfect.

If you are going to take 2:30 to 3 hours to perform an oil change and tire rotation you should let people know ahead of time so we can have someone pick us up. The last two times have been brutal.

First, I scheduled appointment to bring my vehicle in for the Toyota care oil change. We didn’t really take advantage of this service initially and this was supposed to be our second oil change but was told it was expired and we had to pay for it. I didn’t have the dealership perform the job but instead had them do the alignment because it pulled to the right. Long story short I received a text message that our car was ready for pick up. I test drive and it was still pulling to the right. It like the technician didn’t doing anything at all. I had to sit and wait for him to make the corrections numerous times, over an hour. I tested drive the truck again and it still pulling a little to the right. I took the truck home because we didn’t want to wait anymore. This was the worse alignment job ever. I normally take all my cars to Firestone and never had any issues.
